Yeah, the difference if your going by msrp is $180. Sounds like someone is trying to make a pretty good margin on the less expensive deck.

The build quality alone makes it worth it.

What 880 offers over 680.

16 band eq for both channels

the ability to go with an active system

Much sexier front panel

as already mentioned, it just feels more solid in your hand than the 680 does. Yes, I've held both in my hands.

this is true. my old 880prs with my memphis 16-mc3004 bridged to some older diamond audio M3 and M5(before dying) comps, and the SQ was outrageously nice....best ive heard in my car yet, well worth every penny
