Yes they will fit your RSX although you would have to buy different tires.

why would i have to buy new tires? just b/c i have a diff car means i need diff tires? or to keep the speedometer "lined up"?

I don't know if the tires that are on here would fit on your car without rubbing. The tires are 245/40 18 and tire rack recommends a 225/40 tire for your car on these wheels. You could try them to see if they will work.

hmm, well i assume the smaller the # the shorter the sidewall so i get that.... i think.

The 245 number is the width of the tire. 245mm wide vs 225mm wide (what tire rack recommends).
