You won't need that much for a pair of MJ's. Run them in 5ft^3 each and 1kw for the pair and you're set. I highly recommend MJ's for anyone wanting a loud, yet musical setup...I loved mine and wish I had never sold them. $310 shipped for a NIB pair directly from Mach 5 is just ridiculous considering what you get.

I dont know if you can have enough space for 2 18's in a trunk.

Caprices have some big trunks. just oddly shape. might have to build the box inside.
