I thought their customer service was excellent. When I called they were more than willing to help me out with the questions I had, but emailing them usually doesn't work. The sub came at like 8:00 pm and it was shipped by DHL and the idiot guy couldn't find my house and he asked my neighbor for directions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif .I paid 265 shipped for that beast in the GB and it needed a sig, the only thing I have to do right now is build a box. I have the plans printed off I just need to buy some sheets of MDF.
