i personally wouldn't throw 2000 at the Q, thats 1000 over the rated rms, i would get a BL fully loaded and that should take 2000 watts. and according to Fi, the minimum ported box for the Q should be 6 cubic feet, 6-10 @ 28Hz is the reccemended box size from the fi website.

i dont htink the Q can take more then 1500. Def. get the BL with options.

yeah, i would only put 1500 through a Q and no more, if you want 2000 rms go for a BL Fully loaded, or a BTL

We stick to our guns with the ratings...honestly there is no need for more then 1300 watts...after that things start to get hairy

but what gets me is the 18's wont have that much cone area over the L7s 508sq.in 450 sq.in..

What kind of space do you have to work w/? I'm assuming you can fit 2 15"s..., w/ 2k rms, why not 2 15" Qs

i have about 11 cubes net but i want to keep space. and i have 3000 watts to play with. how about 2 18s sealed? maybe 2 18" bls? or q's. most likely q's since they're cheaper
