its mainly just for SPL. I have one and it gets hella loud, sq ain't there though, but that's not why i bought it.

I just finally installed my 18" Q, and personally I think my Q is WAY more than enough for daily listening, let alone a fully loaded (and fully powered, my Q is only seeing 1000 rms) BTL.
