power isnt everything, i knew a guy with two entry level cerwin vega hed's (old red surround ones) that hits 152's daily off 300 watts each. given its in a small hatchback, and im not defending this craigslist post but it depends on a lot of things..

On what mic? Sure not a TL. a 152 is still a huge number, you have to have a sub that moves some and it takes a decent amount of power to move it. I am not saying you need thousands of whats, but you need "decent" subs, amp, and most importantly the Enclosure!

The amp that dude has is only rated for 800 at 2 ohms... I can't find any information on its fusing but I'm sure its something weak in the mid double digits.
