160a alt on 2k

I have a stock 160a alt with the big 3 done and one yellow top battery do you believe this will be enough for 2k or at least 1800

Is that yellow top paired with a starter batt? That should hold up fine btw I was running 1500 off 130A and stock starter with the big 3 and my voltage drop at idle was like 13.8 to 13.7

Definitely should be ok. My alt isn't even half that and I run ~1500 no problem.

1500 rms? on 80 amps? not possible... you have a problem somewhere you just don't know it

I run the same, you will experience quite a bit of headlight dimming, but you will be fine for now. But it will stress your alternator

Amperage=Voltage X Watts

SO: 2000/13.8(idle)=144.9 Amps Include the rest of the cars functions....I think you are fine, some stress on the alt. if you want to stay safe then upgrade to like 200amp or suttin.
