i am plannin on buyin a 04 15 l7 wired into a 2 ohm load wit a 1000 watts comin from a alpine mrd m1000. i want this thing to get loud. i looked in kickers site and i found a vented box tuned to 30 hz wit 6.0 cf. the measurments are 32x24.25x17.75. would i be able to switch around the dims to 30x26.25x17.75 so the box will fit in my trunk, or will this mess up the internal volume and frequency? thanx

well yea i know its goin to be loud...the question is...is the 6.0 cf box goin to be sloppy as hell, or should i move into a smaller box, like the 4.5 cf. i listen mainly to rap and r/b so i like alot of loud bass. my quesiton is tho if i change the measurements will it change the internal volume in the box or will it be the same. the port lentgh, width, and height will be left alone, i jus wanna know if i switch around the length and width...will it make a difference?

you can change any dimentions as long as the port and internal dims (cubic feet) remains the same...the 4.5 is a good 50/50 box, but the 6.0 will be louder and lower.
