15" TREO SSX or RE MT 18" For Low end

here is my situation: I'm currently runing a single 15" mojo pushed by an AQ2200and i'm looking to get some of those lows back. My option is to run 1 of the 18" MT's in the basement but would require me to build a new box and order some 6 inch areo's-(my preference of course) 9 cube @ 35-32hz or so

That being said MDF is about $60 bucks a sheet here in alaska and for the price of building an new 9cube enclosure + 6" areo's for the 18"mt. i could pick up a treo 15" ssx for a few bucks more and drop it in my current setup (4cubes 36hz).

So i'm looking for a few recommendations on which some of you would choose.

Keep in mind i just want a litle more low end extension that the mojo is lacking

Treo hands down. The MT will get louder on the right power, but won't get nearly as low

Tune it lower, too. All of my TREOs love low tuning and still got retarded loud.

my MT got good and loud, played music for crap and sounded really "peaky" where it would play some notes EXTREMELY loud (probably tuning and vehicle peak), while trying to play White Girl it was horrible. I was tuned for 37hz in a 5.5cu^ft enclosure, on 2kw.

my MT 18 got louder than hell but yes its peaky and i think the treo would work better for you

i loved the lowend of my mt18 compared to xxx18. i had a little more power on the mt, but only because of different coils. both were in the same 6.5@32 box in my old tiburon.
