Is it just me, or do the coil winds look...wrong? Probably gunna get called a noob for this lol

I guess the easiest way to say it is that the coil was designed to have more windings towards the top and bottom of the coil winding. This will tighten the gap as the coil reaches the end of its throw and keep the stroke linear.

I purchased the sub used with no gasket. There are a few small dimples on the cone but you honestly cant tell unless you LOOK closely for them.

They dont make this sub in a 15" cone anymore. You can purchase a new 18" for $900+shipping, I believe (direct from PE/TC).

Dude, have you seen some vids of these subs in action?! Go to youtube and search for some singaboy311 vids of the LMS-5400....He used it to get the snow off his car, flexes/cracks his WINDSHIELD.....words cant describe this sub. I've never heard anything hit the low notes, PERFECTLY as this sub does. I just have no use for another one. I already have one in my car. It has absolutely NO distortion (audibly....with the proper instruments some distortion CAN be measured lol). This is a sub that can do damage to the ride haha (so yes 150's no problem).
