15" L7 or 15" XXX for 1800x1 class D

The XXX 15" would be significantly louder and sound better. Since you're main concern is SPL, I would go with a medium-large ported box.

If you wanted to use 2 12's with that kind of power 2 L7 12's would be better. In a medium sized ported box.
