15" btl vs 2 18" bl's

what are the pros and cons.what could i be expecting from both with the right electrical and power.i have the btl and a crunch 3000d pro now and love it but cant feed it the right power cause of electrical.was planning on getting a new alt soon or sell the btl and get 2 18" bl's get the alt later and run these on a aq2000

need some help.what size alt would i need to run the crunch at full or close.

I would get the alt first because you would need it for either setup and then up the cone area later

i just ordered it so now which will get louder.im sure some of you will say the bl's but i was wondering will they get just as loud as the btl but with lower tuning.

the bls will handle a lot more than that aq2000. i have 2-15" bl's and im pushing 2-aq2200 strapped and they handle no problem.

well i have a crunch 3000d-pro now but was going down an amp but wasnt sure maybe i might just keep the crunch and get the bl's.do you think they will be loude then the 15" btl even though its no muh power going to one sub

Yes, 2 18s vs 1 15 should be much louder on the same power if things are done right.

It takes skillz to get a single 15 louder than two 18's off around the same power (assuming the 18's have a decent install...)

What kindof space are we talking about. Do you have enough room for 2 18's for a good size box.

why is it stupid im aware of cone space just wondering about power handling.i heard numbers with a 2 bl 18's and im not that far off wih my btl 15.maybe 1db off so thats why i was asking so how is this a stupid question your stupid !@#$%
