15" Audiopulse Axis Box Tuning? 32 hz?

I'm building a box for a 15" Audiopulse Axis for a 99 Bonneville. Sub/port will face toward the cab. Right now we are only giving the sub around 1500 rms. What should the box be tuned to? I was thinkin somethin more low between 28-32 hz, and audiopulse won't answer their phone ever
