Power requirements will depend on box size. But unless he's competing for SPL, 1200 watts should be fine for any of the subs mentioned.

Now depending on what you want, I will recomend the Brahma for SQ and still be able to get loud, or the XXX for SPL and still have decent SQ.

can any one plz tell me the website for the dd 9515 an also would the re amp that puts out 1600w be good for the dd 9515? if not can some one give me an good amp for that sub...thanx

you can't get the Re amp anymore they are backordered and as far as i know they won't be shipping anymore out, wait for the next gen. one it's gonna kick ass.

oh i wasn't saying i wanted to get one i was just stating that it seems like a lot of the good stuff that i'd want if i had the money is always backordered ect......i'm already looking into the xxx....(so theres the budget i guess)but b/c of a recent accident i dont' think i'll be able to afford one for quite sometime
