15 on act score

my composite on my act score was 15. is that a horrible score??? or average??

can i get into a college with a low score like that?

this really sucks!

i got a 16 on math(completely guessed on most of them)

and a 12 on english and i thought i did really good on it and english is my best subject

Incorrect. That's how idiots do horrible on it, the "science" part of it is correctly reading information, such as graphs and interpreting the results correctly. There's no science to it...
