Sold 14v Batcap 8400's

I'm slowly starting to tear down the Extreme Van that I had listed for sale on here.

I have 2 of the 14v 8400 series BatCap's for sale. Killer batteries that retail for $1500 each.

I'm asking $700 each, or $1200 for both.

They have been charged and maintained with a 14v Batcap charger, so they are in VERY good condition, and have been cycled and floated properly at all times.

ok i am looking for something to keep up the voltage on two AB VFL's 500.1's on two 250amp alts

What is the difference between the 12v and the 14v?

But seriously. Some amps, like the ones I run in my van, can't deal with 16v systems. I needed more voltage than 12v, but couldn't go all the way up to 16v, the 14v version is built for that.

Say you have a system that dips the batteries 2v when it hits at full tilt. You have a 12.8v system and it drops to 10.8, thats a tough one to deal with. Now take that same system, start with 14.8 and it only drops to 12.8, not a bad deal at all.

Well say you have a alt charging at like idk 15v on a 12v system, would this 14v battery work?

These batteries rest at 15.1 or so, so 15v will not charge them.

You'd need to supply at least 16.5v or more to really charge them properly
