12w7 ?????

I know that a 12w7 VC is 3ohms but i want to know what it says when you put DMM to it. What should it read on the DMM? Cuzz mine says 2.8 sometimes 2.9. . but mostly 2.8 ... Is it good or what???

That's fine... Impedance will rise when you put wire on it to your amp anyway.

Yeah, most VC will read a tenth or two below the rating.
