12W7 H.O Wedge VS 13.5W7 Prowedge

I was wondering which subwoofer would have more SPL if you were to push JL 1000/1 into each sub. I know the H.O. Wedge is a ported box while the prowedge is sealed. But the 13.5 can handle more then the 12. I'm looking for more SPL but which subwoofer would be best? Thanks.
