12w6v2 capable of the really lows?

I was thinkng of buying a 12w6v2 and put it in the recomended ported enclusure on jl site or put it in a 2.0 cu ft @ 31 box i have lying around. The question is can the w6 capable of playing really low notes with athority, the reason y i ask is i notice that boneninja said in a tread earlier that they dont get low at all and i really want a sub to bring out the really lows. If so can they do that in the recommended port box or any port box or just go seal???

It is all install dependent.

Try a sealed enclosure with some eq'ing if you want sub 30Hz output.

YES it will go low. but I think RL-Ps go lower

if you're not liking the low-end throw it in a sealed box with some equalization and it will hit all the lows

1 12" w6 is not much displacement for massive "low lows". You need displacement
