12w3 Power Handling

I have three 12w3 D6's, the very first version of the 12w3 released. These are rated at 250 watts rms a piece. I was just wondering how much power these can actually take with out damaging the sub. Thanks.

I powered the ones I have for several years off a pair of Memphis 1000d's strapped. That was over a kilowatt each, but I have no idea at what level I actually ran them- it sure as hell never clipped. I've also ran them singly over 600 watts each their entire lives. They're still in great shape.

ive seen 1400 watts on a 12.
