on their box design wizard, http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp

the wedge enclosure #2..are they going by INSIDE diameter or outside? Cause I know they ask for material thickness, so are they already figuring that into the calcuations?

example: you enter 48 width for the design, but you are using .75 (3/4) MDF so you really have an OD of 50 1/4, do you go by the the ID or the OD? Id like to know so I know how long to make my ports.

They use the outer dimentions and when you enter the wood thickness it will subtract that to get you the cubic foot of the enclosure.
