well i dont want to totaly take up my entire trunk and i like the 12's i just dont know waht to get there is so many options and im kinda new.

The search button is your friend. Put together a nice single sub set-up and build from there. When you learn more then start competing. Use a 1400w amp and a single MTX 9500 and you'll be happy. When the fun wears off build something bigger and better.

Fi makes excellent products. Also, a good box is a huge factor in getting loud.

well i was going to do 4 12s facing upward but i dont think 1400 watts can power that i have teh autotek mm 1400, so i was just gonna keep my 5.5 cube ported but get nicer subs because i was looking at specs and there simaler to that of what i have, i just have no clue as to what to get because fi has so many optioins

your not being very helpfull, yes 1400 watt's and i need 2 12's and idk what to get i have about 5 or 5.5 cubes ported, and right now i have 2 mtx 7500s how much louder can i get with the amp i have

man you need more power for what you are talking about.1400 watts isnt gonna get 4 mtx 9500 12 loud especially for competition.

your soo repetitive, you have 5-5.5 cubes to work with. so if you want fi get 2 12" ssd's, or get a single 15 bl, or a single 15 q with bp. yes it will be loud to you.

1400 watts on 4 9500's, lol!

I had 2 modded 1501d's doing over 2000rms on 2 sets of them in a cutty that was custom from head to toe. You want that many woofers like that, then you will also need to beef up the electrical if you want some decent numbers.

Well, what are you expecting, people to automatically know what kind of SPL scores you'll get?

SPL is a very, very experimental thing...nobody on the a forum can tell you what exactly will be louder given your situation.

sell the subs and amp for more than its worth to someone stupid and just wants any type of system, then look at the classifieds and buy a better amp and get some qs. While you do it read alot of shit and learn something

ok so what would you do with a 1400 watt amp for a compettition stereo, 4 12" mtx 9500's or 2 15" mtx 9500's, what do you think would sound better and be louder, and what kind of bat cap should i get, some oppinions pleaseeee.

either one of those options would be stupid as shit....not even remotely enough power for those....get another amp and get some Fi's.
