I am thinking bout getting a 12 w6v2 to replace my 2 12 w0's! i have a kicker 500.2 do you think that can power a 12 w6 because it dose 500 rms mono and the w6 is 400 rms do u think that wuold work good with the w6 and kicker kx500.2??

What kind of box will it be going in? And that amp should do fine.

If you can fit the 12w6 try the 13w6 its my personal favorite of all of JL's subs. 500 rms would be fine .
