They are rated for 1200 but can take more. Its the regular cone not the SPL with 3 VCs.

The cover is missing one screw, but it can be found at home depot for less than .50 Im sure. There is a small tear on the surround. I cant take a picure of it with the low quality camera Im using though. Its does NOT affect performance at all and is hardly noticable.
