12" or 15"

What's better 12"or 15" subs. And I have a question what does SQmeans?

12" subs will give you a tigher, cleaner bass hit....the 15" will give a deeper bass hit but sometimes sounds sloppy....SQ means Sound Quality.

I just wanted to give my two sense I think 12's sound much better than 15's but I've only heard one set of 15's but they were JL15W0 however I think my 12" Blaupunkt Overdrive sounds much better.

Just my opinion I'm no expert

Did those JL's sound sloppy to you? I mean compared to a 10 or 12.

just like ss3079 said, 12's are cleaner and tighter, 15's are mostly just to thump
