12" kicker comp cvr subs.....what amp??

new to car audio and was given 1 12" kicker cvr and im gonna get another one any suggestions for the perfect amp to get the best low bass sound quality pumping a total of 800 watts rms?? any suggestons please

my buddy also has 2 cvr 12's.... his are the 4 ohm dvc versions. On kickers website, it says that the 750.1 is stable down to a 2 ohm load, but a dual 4 ohm pair of subs can only be wired to a 4 ohm load or a 1 ohm load... can the 750.1 still be used, or is my buddy going to need to find an amp that will put out ~800w RMS at a 1 ohm load?

just did a little searching and came up with the kicker kx1200.1.... and just keep the gains down a bit. stable to 1 ohm... where can i find one for cheap (he doesnt want to buy used)?

or you can buy the JBL GTO1201.1 II and wire it to 4 ohm. or the Soundstream PCA1000D and wire to 1 ohm. or the Infinity Reference 1211a and wire to 4 ohm. Those are my 3 amp choices for my 2 12" cvr's. way cheaper than a kicker amp i believe. although i would either choose the pca1000d or the 1211a due to the headroom given to my subs instead of pushing the JBL to its full potential all the time. but its all on your friend.

on ebay there's a few cadence txa 1000d amps for sale, straight from cadence, brand new with 2 year warranty. ends tomorrow with no bids, starting $100. 1000wrms @ 1ohm. i'd try to get one of those.
