What are the flatwind and copper coil upgrades? If I have a 1 ohm stable amp, do I need dual 1 ohm or dual 2 ohm?

I don't understand sometimes! The amount of time for you guys that know all this to post the answer is less than the time for somone that doesnt know to search for it. I understand these questions are asked a lot but this is a disscusion forum. Thanks for the link.
