Hi. I have a late 90s early 2000s monoblock ready to power a high watt sub, 12" (mofo 124X). The driver can take about equal RMS to this amp, and #1 . am I going to rattle my car apart, and #2 . what kind of box should I get to accentuate the 110hz to 30hz? I hate drop offs within that tone.

Playing any higher than 80 Hz through a sub won't sound good, that's really where you need good speakers or a couple mid bass drivers

That's why I'm excited to hear my Alpine slim line 12" subwoofer in addition to four 6x9' and two 5.25" round mid/high drivers running at 100W RMS and a 12" 500W RMS subwoofer to handle all the low frequency stuff!

I think it's gonna rock!

Sure, 600 volts, yep. If you’re trying to launch the subwoofer cones to the moon! And, that’s if they don’t just vaporize first!
