What would be your choice between 1 12"solobaric L7 or 2 Solobaric 10" L7s?

I like my bass tight but also with a low rumble if I can get it, is it true that one 10 plays like a 12 like Kicker says because of the square design?

And anyone got a suggestion one which amp to go with?

And how would 1 12 and 2 8ers sound?

Two 10''s would probably get louder and have better sound quality than one 12''.

depends entirely on the subs chosen, and other parameters of the install...

its all in the install. What size and type of enclosure are you planning on using? What amp will you be powering it/them with?

Two 10"s may get louder, thats not to say they will.

Don't bother with the 8"s unless you are planning on using them as midbass drivers, you wont need them as subwoofers. I highly reccomend the Adire Audio Koda 8". A very good midbass driver/subwoofer with plenty of low frequency extension. If you decided to do that, then I would stick with a single 12", but put plenty of power to it, in a ported box tuned to the upper 30's. You will be able to get lower, but will still have that punch that you want.

Small sealed enclosure because of little space,plannong to run'em with a RF 1501BD(2003) amp,cause I can get this real cheap and it can't be thet bad though you guys mostly hate RF?

I dont hate RF. Especially there amps! Id'e get the 2 10's with that kinda power.

And for the rest of the setup I'm thinkin 2x2 Kicker K65.2 components, driven by2 RF 551S(2x140w rms). Think this will give me enough mid to make this system really rock???

Its not that most people hate RF, its just the fact that the quality of their subwoofers, which used to be stellar a couple of years ago, has fallen a good bit.

I've heard a myriad of L7 installs, and I must say sealed I'd take 2 10"s with that kind of power-

The car'sa real old toyota corolla hatchback(85 mod) so I guess most of y'all won't now how it looks but hey, I live in norway where cars are expensive, petrol is about 1.5$a litre(don't now gallon prize) and insurance cost a fortune, this is a 75HP 1.3 L car and it cost me 700$ when I insured it this christmas!!!! Any more wiews on my coming system??
