12 JL 12w6 vs MTX 8500?

I'm kind of new in car audio. Its first time hearing of element designs. From looking at the specs I think element designs make some great subs too. I do have knowledge of sealed boxes but I don't know too much about ported boxes. if I put the 2 12w6 in a 4cu box ported around 32hz will the bass be louder than in a 3 cu ft box ported around 34hz? By how much and is it even worth swapping boxes?

The port area seems too small to me.

ill have to get a vidof my girls car ...she has one kicker 15 ...**** bangs for one 15...also the dash cracking is a thing with all these year they made the dash of cheap *** crap

Yeah I agree with ya. Wasn't really just the sub beats that banged the dash up. The dash was starting to get weak probally from setting in the too much with added beating from the bass and thats how the dash got fucked up. I never owned a 15 before but would like to becuase I know they bang. I'll know I'll get some in the future fore sure.
