10's or 15's??????????

If I went from two 10’s to two 15’s and they were running at the same watts, what are all the things that would improve?

And would it be an upgrade or a downgrade to go from two 10’s to one 15 if they were both running at the same watts.

Well, if the 10s and the 15s have the same wattage then I would assume you would see some increase. The 15s are going to move more air than the 10s.

But if the 15s require more power than the 10s and you starve it, then I would think it would be as loud as the 10s.

Depends on the efficiency and quality of the 15's. You cannot compare good quality 10's to horrid 15's. Something like a 10" Brahma compared to a 15" Funky Pup, you can imagine how that would work out right?

Give us some more details. What size box are the 15's going in? What will they be tuned to? A lot of things. What subs are they?

Same power, I don't see a reason why you would want to change.

But yes we need to know what 10's what 15's on what amp...
