I've been eyeing both of those amps.

I know nothing about ampman amps and have been thinking about the hertz. Would go well with my comps. but once again don't know much about hertz amps and can't find many reviews on it.

got a power acoustik "silver series" 2000watt and this is not under rated lol, i had it on 2 jl 12w3v2-d2 and it sounded quite good. will put out 1000@4ohm bridged

They are both great amps, the ampman is underrated they are rated @ 12volts

As far as hertz they are an sq company. They are associated with audison.
