Id go with the viper or the DEI, but you DO get a 1 year warranty on the Hifonics, as opposed to six months on the DEI/Viper.

I ended up getting a Planet Audio TT-1250D off eBay for pretty cheap. Came out to about $156 total, with that 10% off code thats floating around here.

I have never had any experience with Planet Audio before, but I searched //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif , and found a lot of people saying they are really good for the price, and do their rated power. Ill deffinitly post how it turns out, and hopefully get some pics of my final install sometime in the near future.
