10" fi q vs. fi 10" ssd copper coil, I was wondering how both will sound in a sealed .7 cf. The fi q is much more expensive and i know alot of people like there SQ but i was wondering how do the SSD compare in sq and output? I have 1200 rms to play with but don't mind if i don't have to use it at all, i could always turn the gains down.

I feel the SSD is a very capable sub, heck the owner of the company that builds them runs SSD's. But at the limits the Q should out perform the SSD by a little, hence the price difference. So it is up to you, the SSD is more than a good sub, and the Q is a very good driver also, you just have to decide how much do you want and do you want to spend the extra money. There are numerous positive reviews for the SSD's on SoundSolutionsAudio.com.
