10 or 2 8's cutout?

I'm making a box right now slot ported and it is 1.5 cu.ft. tuned to 35 Hz (specs shouldn't vary that much between 1 10 and 2 8's). I haven't made the cutouts yet and wondering which to do. I've done single 10 setups plenty of times, but never 2 8's. With subs like the e8 on the market, the idea of 2 8's is growing on me. let me know what you think

yeah that popped in my mind, I have to see how deep they are since there will only be 7.5" from baffle to a wall

im pretty sure they arent more than 5 or so inches deep.
