comes with both car and cpu dock, all necessary cables, manual, cartridge and software (everything that you would get with a new one). i went out and paid 250for this like a retard without realizing that my head unit has a usb port where i can just attach a jump drive for much cheaper. Asking 210 shipped- i think this is one of the best car audio related item i have EVER bought but saving money beats all for me

because you could just modify an existing hard drive to work with it.......

the majority of people i know couldnt do that, lol

i would probably screw up and end up just buying one therefore wasting more money than necessary

i know i can upgrade the hard drive on my omnifi, but 30gb is more than enough

and im pretty sure its not just any old hard drive because each kenwood hu is programmed to be able to control it and im pretty sure they arent designed to control regular hard drives. thanks for the info though bro!

looks like a small notebook drive put in a different housing, then the software inside the cart regulates it to the head unit. nothing special.

if not, take it apart and find out.
