Ok this took a shitload of digging, so I hope you enjoy it.

The song is called Caramelldansen, by Caramell a Swedish Pop/Techno Band. Get the torrent for the album http://thepiratebay.org/tor/3687898/Caramell_Supergott. The song is mostly Swedish (I think). However, that is encoded in mp4, so make sure you have a player that can play it (Winamp should play it fine).

Ok, heres the wrinkle. Thats the normal version. The one being played on all the stupid flash programs is a remix, sped up. The DJ is a hack, all he did was add a baseline and speed the whole song up. The whole song is shorter, looks like all he did is a 6:5 tempo step up (any person who can do that feel free to try, I want to know if Im right =P). Sounds like the god****ed chipmunks, and thats what makes it sound japanese. Anyway, that version can be found http://www.arch0wl.com/sims/download.php?songid=11108. Thats a zip file, just grab the mp3 file in there, trash the rest.

Theres also a torrent floating around for the remix, but there are only 2 seeders, so no might or might not be able to get it that way. Its the same file though, so I wold just get it from the site.
