hellow im looking into getting some subs or my 2000 xtracab ford and i was thinking of getting 2 e8s or 1 l7 8 i listen to everything and want to go with a ported box and will be running them with 500 watts any suggestions

I'd go with e8's. More cone area and an overall better sound to them than the L78's
