1. Sub up - port side

2. Sub and Port on Same plane

3. Sub Forward - Port side

wood cut

just making sure it all lines up, some of the wood wont stand up straight but cuts are pretty **** good!

Ok, I was just worried because the port seems kinda close to the sub. Does that seem like a problem? Im a better builder than designer:laugh:

so i found a new way of sinking in screws nice and deep. The standard countersink bit works just fine when your not gonna be running a round over bit at 12k rpm right over it...

I forgot to take a pic but its the hole bits that are used for drilling out door lock bolts and such, just a really tiny one. Ill get a pic later but thanks to the member that gave me the idea on hear earlier.

hard to tell with the lines but that is a **** good tight bond right there!



What are old speaker boxes good for? filling with cement and being turned into weights =)

im pretty concerned with how the sides(carpet) came out... definitely not to my liking.

everything other than that came out just fine!

Oh u mean tucking it into the slits?

That takes a good bit longer, It should have come out fine but i guess i messed with it to much... looks better after glue dried up and cant see it when its deep in the trunk anyway. Doesn't sound to bad for a single 10 though.

yeah box is solid as hell, those screws got it all nice and tight.

Ive never been known for carpeting enclosures, its only my 2nd but i know i can do better with more practice.
