+1 for Hertz customer sevice!

I purchased a pair of Hertz components from a dealer/former dealer that was clearing out inventory for at or below dealer cost. They were brand new, but the box was supposed to have 4 crossovers, 2 for the woofers and 2 for the tweeters. There was only one pair. I wrote Hertz and they shipped the other pair of crossovers to me for free. I'll definitely give them a second look for future builds.
