1/4" MDF adapter - 6x9 to 6.5 component with tweeter

I'm looking for some MDF adapters to mount a 6.5 component and tweeter into a 6x9 locations. Basically these, Amazon.com: Metra 82-6901 5-1/4-Inch or 6-1/2-Inch Speaker to 6 x 9-Inch Mounting Hole Adapters: Car Electronics, but MDF.
