1 15" vs. 3 8's

Ok, so I'm looking to switch up the substage in my firebird. I was curious as to what you car audio enthusiasts would suggest. In either case the amp is a kicker kx 600.1. Not looking to spend over 150. Also already have a box for the 8's (around .5^3 per sub). Both would need to be sealed due to space constraints. For the 15 I was thinking along the lines of a kicker compvr. Shoot.

LOLZ, I wonder which has more cone area.

I'd say get a 12", though.

haha fair enough, so would the logical choice be a kicker compvr 15? Both cost effective and would match up nicely with the amp.

The biggest problem like stated earlier is area constraints, mostly because I am not a very skilled craftsman so the box would need to be simple. So about 30" wide, 10" deep, and 20-24" tall.
