Sold 09 Memphis Mojo 15" with Custom box

Alright so yes, I know I'm new here but I am legit. I run my own business (jkthedesigner.com).

I bought this Memphis Audio Mojo 15" subwoofer less than two months ago and got a new Nissan Cube. Well, this thing is a tad bit too large for me. I have lost 110% trunk space. And secondly, I'm wasting it by only feeding it 600 watts with an Alpine PDX-1.600 amplifier. On top of that, it has been lonely in my trunk since I sold my amp about 2 weeks ago :'(

So, I'm here to sell this bad boy. I'm not sure if you guys have heard this thing but boy does it get loud. It blew away the setup of focal components and a JL 13.5" W7 with a JL 1000/1 amp at the local car audio shop. But like I said, its too big for my car.

It is for sale for $500 with the box or for the sub alone, make an offer. The box itself has been custom built by one of the best in Charlotte and measures to be 3.8 Cubic Feet ported and fits the Sub's specifications to the point. The box alone cost me over $300.

I would be interested in possible trades (meet somewhere) for car audio other high end car audio equipment

***that is light dust from when I pulled it off of my shelf in the garage and into the car for a "trade." Of course, the guy never showed up :/"

Buy this sub, feed it power. They love it, see 'em take 3-4k RMS daily often.

Yupp. I bought it in the first place because my friend feeds his 2.5k watts RMS all day ever since they first came out. Sounds insanely clear and will blow your ear drums (if you have any left )

Ha it isn't as simple as it looks. The guy was great and I had heard his other boxes which were unbelievable for the subwoofers in them. I couldn't quite follow how exactly he did it, but it sure does work so it was worth the investment

Lol i giggled when i read this. No it's not simple but if you know what you are doing it can be. And see for yourself I i know or not, like I said you got over charged for a way simple box, hit me up sometime.

I have more but you get the idea. Im far from a pro but man . And back on topic glws

Anyways, the Mojo Sub is still for sale and still disconnected (although I'm picking up a 1000 watt Memphis amp this afternoon)

Yeah these subs are insane. They will blow the doors off of a W7. The only ones I've heard personally to keep up are the RE XXX, Fi, and some of the DD. But I don't go to competitions so there are brands out there that may surpass it

Alright so holy crap I'm peeved right now. I took the sub out for the first time today and apparently it is just the new M3 with the new basket and similar parts to it. I paid for a flipping Mojo and they charged me up the butt for it. First thing tomorrow=car audio shop.

Naw the biggest amp i have puts out 1800 watts on the table and I got rid of that right when I took my system out. It took it like a pro though. Wouldn't ever had known if it wasn't for a fellow member here :]
