There's the usual suspects (NE, Indy, SD, Dal, NYG) and then there's the teams that could turn it on or just as easily fall down. Cle, Min, Sea, Phi, NO, GB, TB all have some trumps but they can turn into chumps instead of champs. Hopeless causes are led by Oak, Az, Mia, Atl. Jax and Hou could rise into contention with their physical styles but that same style could lead to plenty of injuries that cripple them. The Pats go 14-2, not 16-0 is my predix for them. All in all another interesting season lays ahead.
Until Belichick retires, I'd say go with NE with SD pushing them hard. Either team should be the favorite against the NFC team in the SB. Romo will find another way to choke in a playoff game while Eli Manning will continue to impress. The NYG pass rush will determine how their season goes.
Who gets the most out of the draft? Teams that go with linemen will build a strong foundation for years ahead. I don't think we'll have any Adrian Peterson types who set the league on fire their first year show up in 2008.
I'm half right and half wrong...you figure out which half is which and you'll be rich...LOL!
