if you lived in green bay you would understand, all they talk about is how he is HOF bound and all his GOOD records. nobody ever talks about his interception record or the fact that he is near the top of the list for fumbles lost

I know what you're saying, but the good far outweighs the bad IMO. I know it sounds cliche, but he played some of his best foot ball last year. I'd just like to see him get one more ring before he goes out. Granted, Rodgers showed he actually CAN play a little last season. But the Packers will be a very different team without Favre.

Yes he did play good last year and I do enjoy it when they win because when they lose the whole city is depressed all week long. They did an unofficial study here a long time ago(or so I heard) and found out that domestic abuse rises when the Packers are losing

I think it is fitting he threw a huge interception for his last pass in the NFL though, couldnt have written an ending to his career more fitting than that

I dont follow sports too much, I have my certain teams so good luck to everyone in the coming season and GO BEARS AND EAGLES!!!!

the reason Brett Favre is talked up so much is because of his will to win and love for the game.... Doesnt matter what point of the game it is or what the score is, he is giving 100%

iv sais since 05 the steelers have had some of the best talent in the NFL. in 06 they played up to their potential the last half of the season and became the first team in history to make it to the super bowl and win with all playoff games on the road. every since then and the year before they have had IMO the 2nd or 3rd best team in the NFL but its only when they are playing good.

I'm Bears fan and I am not looking forward to the upcoming season. The offense is going to be horrible, like always. We have no offense line, no RB, no QB, and traded our 2 best receivers (they weren't even that good). The only way they will get better is if they draft all O lineman. On the bright side, our defense will be the sh!t (like always).
