I wouldn't buy one and I usually think of them as a womans car but they're really good looking so if you want to get one get it. If I wanted a small Japenese car I'd get a Scion. In my opinion they're better looking and could probably still be fast.

they been tested all over the place they are shit when it comes to speed, they are basically engineered around looking nice for todays generation

Only reason they are feminine is b/c that is all you ever see driving them. Same with trucks. Only reason they are masculine is b/c you only ever see guys driving them.

That might have been true 20 years ago but it's not true at all anymore.

Chicks dig pickups and big SUVs just as much as guys nowadays. One of my best friends (a female) is under 5' tall and weighs like 96 pounds.

She drives a Z71 that has a 3" suspension lift and a 3" body lift. (These lift kits only recently got installed, though)

Is an Eclipse an overtly feminine car? Meh...not really, in my opinion.

Depends on what you do with it, though.

If you get flowered seat covers and install pink neon we might have to wonder about you...

Eclipse is a girl car, because its a girl car, it has always been a girl car, and it will continue to be . . . a girl car. DSM's were cool, but I still think they're kinda on the girly side.

But then again, theres not a lot of a imports that I dont think are girly.

I work for a Mitsu dealer and i wouldn't buy one, they are on the verge of going out of business in the US market imo. look at a VW GTI or GLI(what i just bought).
