05 sebring question

im starting a build on an 05 sebring, wondering a coupel of things and was wondering if you guys could help

the car has fold down rear seats sow ould building a bafle and sealing off my trunk and having the subs be firing into the cabin be louder then having a rear firing setup with a box in the trunk

also what size speakers fit in the front doors? 6.5 or something different

4 door, it wouldnt be an ib install, but a ported box just sealed off fromt he trunk firing into the cabin if my original post disdnt make sense

I got a 98 Coupe. I was able to squeeze 7"s in my front doors with some modifying to the factory baffle.

bump, anyone have experience with this car? will a front port front sub setup sealed fromt he trunk be loduer then rear firing port and sub?

I had a '02 sebring and tried it both ways. i had the subs firing into the cabin with the trunk sealed off and then tried it not sealed off with the subs pointing to the trunk. i personally liked the subs going toward the trunk. seats down of course

I have my sub and port pointed towards the trunk, and with the seats down it sounds pretty good. But when I put the seats up the bass gets alot less noticeable.

thanks for the input, do you consider oen way louder to the ear and more like feeling the bass high spl i guess cant think of the wording, then the other or is it just a different sounding bass?
