I don't agree with using fill.1.5-2ft with 1 pound of fill
Glad it work out for you, I'm sure it won't be long until your building a ported enclosure for it lol.Running it on a 5 channel, does like 380 @ 4ohm but i got it running at 1 so maybe around 500-600? I ended up making it to like 1.75 iirc, no fill yet still sounds good
To stop standing waves from muddying up the sound, it is needed even if box is ''correct'' size. Fill is not to make the enclosure seem larger to the subwoofer that is just a by product you have to account for when using it.Why use any fill? It is not required if the enclosure is correct.

I'm well aware of what that. However, I have never seen it actually make any difference. I have judged and built many SQ cars and never seen/heard/found the difference. This is just a temp setup until I can find one more. Doing 4 of them.
