02 GA, port firing in

Well I have a 2002 grand am.. The seats fold down which is how I usually ride.. Currently I have my subs and the port facing the back of the trunk (so when you open the trunk you can see the subs)

I was thinking about turning the box around so that both the port and subs are firing into the cabin.. How much of a differance will it make? Will it be louder inside the car? Also will it make my trunk rattle as much as it does with the subs facing the back of the trunk? The main reason I thought of doing this was because I have obscene rattles with my trunk, spoiler (it is cracking at the base pretty bad) and ICANN hear stuff rattling under the car under the trunk too, I think.. And cash is short ATM so I can't invest into deadener like I would like to right yet might be a little bit so I thought this might help

in most vehicles, you will loose bass by firing foward(because of cancellation) unless you seal it off so that it forces everything into the cab of the vehicle.

Hell, Ive rebuilt walls just to see the difference, takes 5 minutes to turn a box around

And if your short on cash but obviously need floor deadning, check out raamaudio.com, there having a SUPER sale on some mat that is to be used on floors only, as the adhesive didnt turn out properly, but obviously is fine for floors. I bought 250sq ft of it. And its quality ish

cause it causes me to have to remove my whole back seat along with dismantling my whole rear deck, because the box is so big, for the size trunk i have. which i dont wanna have to do all of that, and find it didnt do nothing lol, that is why i ask

thats where i got the idea, but his is all sealed off, and i was thinking about doing my amp rack like his, however not sure how much room i have between the back of the box and the back of the trunk, only about 6 inches or so atm, might be more or less when i turn it around not sure yet.

thats the main problem i need to get rid of there, and it facing my box the other way can help temporarily so i dont end up needing to buy a new spoiler, made this vid sometime ago, the cracks in the base of my spoiler are 10x worse from then. so if facing my box the other way can get rid of some of my trunk rattles until i can deaden the whole trunk when i get the money.
